Shipping policy
At PRAISH®, we are committed to delivering your order with care, clarity, and transparency. Please review the shipping policy below before placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time refers to order preparation only and is separate from shipping or delivery time.
During high-demand periods, launches, or seasonal sales, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
Delivery Time
Delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 9–14 business days in transit.
Delivery estimates are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by external factors including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. If an address change is required, please contact us at info@praish.co as soon as possible.
We may be able to accommodate changes prior to fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute, modify, or intercept packages.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows an order as delivered but the package cannot be located, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.
PRAISH® is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. However, we will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry or claim where applicable.
P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas
Standard shipping may support delivery to P.O. Boxes. Expedited or express shipping options may require a physical street address.
Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may experience extended transit times beyond standard estimates.
Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
Responsibility & Risk
Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
