Refund policy

All Sales Final

Most orders are final sale. We only issue refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order isn’t right:

  1. Email info@Praish.co within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging label.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Wrong Item or Missing Item

Report within 10 days of delivery with photos of your packing slip.
We will provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Exchanges & Sizing

We do not offer exchanges or returns for sizing or change-of-mind.
Please check our Sizing Guide or email Returns@Praish.ca before ordering.
We’re happy to help recommend the perfect size.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing within 24 hours.
If you contact us promptly, we’ll try to update size, color, or address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
After processing or shipment, cancellations are not possible.

Address Verification

Double-check your shipping address (including apartment or dorm numbers) before checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building office.
  2. Contact the carrier to open a trace.

We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery but will assist in filing a claim where possible.

Made-to-Order / On-Demand Production

Many items are produced on-demand to reduce waste.
Cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible once production has started, except for quality issues as described above.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, limited-release drops, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged or defective.
